It's very quiet, cute and sunny apartment located on 2nd floor of the 4-floor building. It contains pretty big balcony, kitchen and bathroom. Also you will have a separate room in the basement of the building and special place for your washing machine in washroom (also in basement). You can also rent a parking place in underground parking for additional 70 euro per month. But it's enough park slots near building where you can park for free.
It's located in Heerdt district of Dusseldorf. There are several big supermarkets near. Public transport very close to the place. UBahn station U75 is about 1 minute by walk, SBahn (S8, S11, S28) station is about 7 minutes by walking. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the city center by UBahn. It very easy to get to Dussledorf Airport by SBahn S11.
The apparment is fully furnished (living room, badroom, kitchen) and equipped including dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, TV (Panasonic 50" still on waranty). All this you can see on the photos.
So I'm looking for someone who will take all it. The price is open to discussion. In additional you will get new vacuum cleaner and iron, fan, electric kettle and some other stuff I think you will like.
