1920's old style flat in Rome center

In a unic green-sorrounded position in the centre of Rome, for rent a 3rd floor cosy apartment ideal for a couple or also 1 person, students or workers. Bedroom with large king size bed and clima hot and cold and view on the wooded hill of Monte Mario park, complete furnished kitchen and bathroom.

In the bedroom there are tow bug guardrobes and some drawers and shelves. There is a little table in front of the window. The bed is foldaway and the system is projected to have under the bed a couch that can be used as living room when the bed is fold.

The living kitchen is comfortable and full equipped, and has a big washing machine. To work or study you can use both the little table in the living room/bedroom and the kitchen table. The apartment is silent since the cars are far. Around there are mostly trees and the view on the common court. In the morning the main sound can wake up you are the birds around, green parrots (yes!), seagle and smaller birds. The windows have the mosquitos net. The apartment is bright, in the morning you will have a lot of sun in the kitchen and bathroom and in the afternoon in the bedroom.
The particularity of this apartment is that there are families of wild cats that lives in the green surrounding and during the days they come to the common court to receive food and lay on the ground.

Since the flat was build the '20 it has no elevator, but the stairs are not high. For the same reason there is no general heating system so the heating is provided by the air-conditioning hot and cold in the bedroom.

The rent of 750 € includes all the costs except electricity, that you will pay by our own depending on the consume. Indicative electricity cost can be 50 € monthly. There is good Vodafone WiFi included.
