I rent my cozy and bright 1-room apartment for rent from 1 February to 31 August 2025. The apartment is located on the first floor of a listed house in a quiet side street. It was completely refurbished by me: New floor, freshly painted, new foot bars and completely new, modern furniture – everything is in a very well maintained state.
With two large windows, the apartment is beautifully bright and offers a pleasant atmosphere. It is equipped with everything you need to feel good, and I am looking for a reliable tenant who is responsible for the apartment.

The rent already includes internet use, gas, electricity and hot water.
Bicycles can be safely placed in the basement in a locked room. A dishwasher is present in the apartment, the washing machine is shared with the other tenants in the house.
Smoking in the apartment is not allowed, and pets are not allowed.
