Hallo!
Da ich ein Zimmer im Wohnheim bekomme, suche ich nach einem Nachmieter für meine Wohnung.Das Zimmer ist im 4. Obergeschoss eines schönen Altbaus und voll möbeliert mit einem Bett, einer Matraze, einem Schreibtisch sowie einem Kleidschrank. Du hast außerdem noch ein Badezimmer und ein Klo, die mit 2 Nachbarn mitzubenutzen sind. Aber leider wirst du keine Küche und keine Waschmaschine haben.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in der Nähe von Europaplatz. Bushaltestellen Blücherplatz und Ludwig Forum sind in ungefähr 3 Gehminuten erreichbar. Von dort fahren viele Buslinien in Richtung Bushof bzw. Hauptbahnhof. Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist auch sehr gut, ein Kaisers und ein Lidl sind zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Ein Kühlschrank und ein kleines Tisch sind zu übernehmen(insgesamt 20 Euro).Sonst zahlst du 210 Euro im Monat für alles drum und drin. WLAN kannst du für 20 Euro im Monat übernehmen. Bei Interesse einfach eine Email oder ein SMS bzw. Whatsapp Nachrichten schreiben oder mich anrufen. Eine kurzfristige Miete ab 3 Monate wäre auch möglich.
