I am a doctoral candidate of RWTH Aachen, and I am looking for a nachmieter for my apartment at Vaalser Stra. 152A.
The apartment has an area of 32m^2, and costs 440Euro/month, including water, electricity and heating. The internet access is provided by RWTH, and costs 17Euro per semester. There is an underground parking lot, and public washing machine and dryer are provided.

This apartment is located near Westpark and Kaufland. It is a quiet place and it is very near to the campus area of RWTH. It is quiet near to the bust stop Kuckelkorn.
