I am moving out of my fully furnished studio apartment (single room + private kitchen + private bathroom) in Haarener Gracht 7, so it is available from Jan 1, 2019.
My lease ends on March 31, 2019 - so I am sub-letting it till then.
The apartment size is 20.9 m2. The rent (everything included) to EUR 250 and deposit is EUR 150.
The apartment is available with a contract of 3 months. If you want to keep the place after that (and if you are a student) you can sign a full-time contract with the landlord directly.
The apartment is in Haaren. The nearest bus stop, Haaren Markt is 2 minutes by walk. Bushof is 10 minutes by bus, there are many direct buses every 10 minutes on weekdays and 15-30 mins on weekends. There are also frequent direct buses to RWTH.
The apartment is right next to Haaren Market - so there are restaurants, Apotheke and Koisk right next to the building. There is an Edeka supermarket at 1 minute‘s walking. There are also Lidl and Netto 1km away.
