Das Gebäude hat einen Parkplatz, der muss aber extra angemietet werden. Ansonsten gibt es gute Parkplatzmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe des Grundstücks.

The perfect student apartment in a good location. It is a large main room with carpet flooring, a kitchenette along the entrance hall and a separate bathroom with a shower.
The apartement is furnished (extendable sofa, wardrobe, desktop, bookshelf, cupboard and a bathroom cabinet). Very good lighting due to large windows.
Internet and current contracts are still ongoing (c. Sonstige Kosten). The Lidl supermarket is right next door and the bus stop is 5 mins away on foot.
There are parking spots, which have to be additionally rentend however. Alternatively, there are lots of good parking options in the immediate vicinity of the property.
