Ein voll möbliertes Einzelapartment in der Stromgasse 42 ist ab dem 01.03.2020 zur unbefristeten Vermietung verfügbar.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe von Schanz/Luisenhospital und verteilt sich auf einen Wohn bzw. Schlafraum, ein Bad mit Dusche sowie WC und eine Kochnische (inkl. Kühl- und Gefrierschrank). Die wesentliche Möblierung besteht aus einem Doppelbett mit Matratze, Sofa, Schreib- und Esstisch, Kleiderschrank, Drehstuhl, kleine Sofatisch, Regal, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Dunstabzugshaube usw für insgesammt 800 EUR. Im Keller des Hauses kann man die Waschmaschine und Trockner gegen einen sehr kleinen Aufpreis (1€ pro Maschine und für 3 Stunden) benutzen.
Die Wohnung ist in der 3. OG und das Fenster ist zum Hintehof aus, somit hört man keinen Straßenlärm.
Bushaltestelle Luisenhospital und Misereor sowie Aachen Schanz Bahnhof sind zu Fuß in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Zum Elisenbrunnen sind es fußläufig knapp 12 Minuten und bis zur RWTH-Bibliothek in Tempelgraben ebenso gleich. Es gibt außerdem sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Aldi, Netto, Edeka und REWE sind alle fußläufig in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Falls keine Beschäftigung vorliegt, werden auch eine Bürgschaft oder ein Sperrkonto oder sonstige Mittel zum Nachweis der Lebensunterhaltssicherung akzeptiert.
