Das Zimmer ist 20qm groß und hat hohe Decken. Es ist möbliert mit einem Bett mit Nachttisch, einem Schrank, einem Schreibtisch, einer Küche, einem Esstisch und zwei Stühlen. Man hat ein Fenster mit ruhigem Blick auf einen kleinen Hinterhof. Es gibt Geteilte Badezimmer im Treppenhaus.
Man wohnt quasi im Kern Aachens. Man braucht eine Minute bis zum Einkaufszentrum Aquis Plaza und etwa 10 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Ein Rewe ist im Aquis Plaza und ein netto etwa 5 Minuten entfernt.Trotz dieser Zentralität ist es sehr ruhig hier, da man in einer kaum befahrenen Einbahnstraße wohnt.
Ich bin der aktuelle Mieter dieses Zimmers und suche zum 01.12 einen Nachmieter da ich in ein Studentenwohnheim ziehe. Der Nachmieter soll ein Student sein.
