My name is Anna Gumtow, I am 21 years old and currently living in ratings (near Düsseldorf). From June 1st, I am starting a job as a specialist in veterinary medicine in a practice in the Frankenbergerviertel and therefore urgently looking for a small apartment for me and my small Mini Australian Shepherd bitch “Paula” and me. The rent should not be over 450 € warm. It would also be great if green areas are nearby or the apartment is just outside. Since I will only work 30 hours a week, my salary is only about 1400€ per month. If a guarantee is desired, it would not be a problem at all. I'd love May as a catch-up date. It's a little later. Mein Name ist Anna Gumtow, ich bin 21 Jahre alt und wohne aktuell noch in Ratingen (Nähe Düsseldorf). Ab dem 01. Juni fange ich eine Stelle als Tiermedizinische Fachangestellte in einer Praxis im Frankenbergerviertel an und suche deswegen dringend nach einer kleinen Wohnung für mich und meine kleine Mini Australian Shepherd Hündin “Paula” und mich. Die Miete sollte nicht über 450 € warm sein. Es wäre außerdem toll, wenn Gründflächen in der Nähe sind oder die Wohnung etwas außerhalb liegt. Da ich erstmal nur 30 Stunden pro Woche arbeiten werde, liegt mein Gehalt nur bei circa 1400€ pro Monat. Falls eine Bürgschaft erwünscht ist, wäre das aber überhaupt kein Problem.
