One room apartment on the attic floor of an old building. Available from 1st March 2025 for one person, preferably short person because of the roof. It comes with the long table next to the kitchen and the furniture to store plates and glasses (can be seen in the right of the kitchen pic). Additionally, I want to give it away with the matress, Kallax (which is one of the few furniture pieces that fit through the door in pieces) for 100e and we can discuss if chairs and tables also want to be taken. The rent is 530e (incl. heating and water) and separate electricity and internet contracts have to be made which both could amount to approximately 70e. A washing machine is available in the cellar of the building. No storage room nor elevator. No pets allowed. Bicycles can be stored safely in backyard.
