Untermiete April

I would like to rent my fully furnished, newly furnished apartment for one month – from the 29th March (or alternatively from 1 April) until 29 April. The apartment is located near Ponttor and is ideal for students looking for a comfortable and quiet home.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. The warm rental is 546 € and includes all additional costs (Internet, electricity, water and heating) for one person or possibly also a pair. I would have a deposit of 750€ to cover possible damages or problems related to furniture.

The bus stop is just a minute walk away. Lidl and a packing station and Hermes are also nearby. The collection and withdrawal data are negotiable.

ich möchte meine voll möblierte, neuwertige Wohnung für einen Monat untervermieten – vom 29. März (oder alternativ ab dem 1. April) bis zum 29. April. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe von Ponttor und ist ideal für Studierende, die ein komfortables und ruhiges Zuhause suchen.

Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen benötigt. Die Warmmiete beträgt 546 € und beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten (Internet, Strom, Wasser und Heizung) für eine Person oder eventuell auch ein Paar. Ich hätte eine Kaution in Höhe von 750€ zur Deckung möglicher Schäden oder Probleme im Zusammenhang mit den Möbeln.

Die Bushaltestelle ist nur eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt. Lidl sowie eine Packstation und Hermes befinden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Einzugs- und Auszugsdaten sind verhandelbar.
