Ich untervermiete meine Wohnung in Albstadt-Ebingen von August 2023 bis März 2024, da ich ein Praxissemester mache. Die Wohnung hat ein Zimmer, ein Abstellraum, Kochnische und großes Badezimmer. Die Kochnische hat zwei Herdplatten und einen Kühlschrank. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und hat viel Platz.
Die Wohnung ist teilmöbliert (Bett, Kommode, Schreibtisch/Tisch, Stuhl).
Sie liegt ca. 5min Laufweg von der Hochschule, 5min vom Bahnhof und direkt Zentral in der Ebinger Innenstadt.
Es gibt ein Raum für Fahrräder und da sind auch Waschmaschinen. Da muss man mit dem Hausmeister Kontakt aufnehmen, aber die sind sehr freundlich :)
Bevorzugsweise vermiete ich an Studenten.
