Dieses mini Studio liegt inmitten von Exarchia, hat eine kleine Terrasse und teilt einen Garten. Es liegt sehr zentral. Das Viertel ist sehr belebt, mit unzähligen Bars und Restaurants, vielen jungen Athenern, Künstlern, Studenten und Menschen aus der ganzen Welt. Es wird nicht umsonst das "B.- Kreuzberg von Athen" genannt.
Ausserdem sind viele Museen, die Akademia, Theater und der Berg Lukabettos (die beste Aussicht über Athen, Hafen und die Inseln vor Athen) ganz nah.
Ein internationales, buntes und sehr lebendiges Viertel inmitten Athens.
Mit Bus (100m entfernt) oder der nahe gelegenen Metro ( OMONIA - PLATZ, 300m entfernt) sind sie in wenigen Minuten in der Altstadt, der Akropolis und anderswo (Strand oder Piräus 30min, Flughafen 45Min.)
Da ich gerade ausserhalb Athens bin vermiete ich für diese Zeit. Pro Nacht sind es 30€, für länger als eine Woche wird es natürlich etwas günstiger.
gute Ausstattung: z.B. W-LAN, Waschtrockner, Geschirrspülmaschine, Espressomaschine etc.

This mini studio is in the middle of Exarchia, has a small terrace and shares a garden. It is very centrally located. The area is very lively, with countless bars and restaurants, many young Athenians, artists, students and people from all over the world. It is not called the Berlin-Kreuzberg of Athens for nothing.
In addition, many museums, the Akademia, theaters and Mount Lukabettos (the best view of Athens, the harbor and the islands off Athens) are very close.
An international, colorful and very lively district in the middle of Athens.
By bus (100m away) or the nearby metro (OMONIA SQUARE, 300m away) you can be in the old town, the Acropolis and elsewhere in just a few minutes (beach or Piraeus 30min, airport 45min)
As I am out of Athens at the moment, I am renting for this time. It is 30, but it is of course a little cheaper for longer than a week.
Good facilities: e.g. W-LAN, washer-dryer, dishwasher, espresso machine, etc.
