This is a single room apartment in the student residence of Göggingen, Augsburg. Important to mention is that I can only rent it to people who are enrolled at any kind of university (all types and it doesn't matter whether it's a German or foreign school, you just have to be a student). The room has a private bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette with a fridge, a stovetop and a sink. In addition, it has a small private balcony. Of course there is also Wi-Fi included in the rent. Recessed cabinets, shelves, a bed, a desk and two chairs are part of the standard furniture and I added a wardrobe. I will also leave some kitchen and cleaning products, depending on what you can use.

Dies ist eine Einzelzimmerwohnung im Studentenwohnheim von Göggingen, Augsburg. Einbauschränke, Regale, ein Bett, ein Schreibtisch und zwei Stühle sind Teil der Standardmöbel und ich habe einen Kleiderschrank hinzugefügt. Ich werde auch einige Küchen- und Reinigungsmittel hinterlassen, je nachdem, was Sie verwenden können.
