Die Wohnung ist lichtdurchflutet, das große Fenster ist nach Westen ausgerichtet, sodass man fast täglich ein tollen Sonnenuntergang beobachten kann. Sie liegt im obersten Stock. Neben der Wohnungstür gelangt man auf die Dachterrasse.
Ich würde bis auf den Teppich und meine Matratze alle Möbelstücke in der Wohnung lassen.
Im Erdgeschoss des Gebäudes befindet sich ein Rewe.
Die Lage ist super! Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich die Haltestelle „Mozarthaus/Kolping“. Zu Fuß benötigt man 8 Minuten zum Rathausplatz, zum Dom sogar nur 3 Minuten. Zur Uni sind es ca. 20 Minuten mit der Tram.
Vorzugsweise eine weibliche Mieterin, Studentin/Auszubildende.
Auf Nachfrage können wir den Vertrag auch bis Februar verlängern.
