One-room apartment with mountain view and separate kitchen Einzimmerwohnung mit Bergblick und separater Küche

my name is Sophia, I am 29 years old and seeking to
01.05. a neighbor (preferably at the age of 22-40) for an apartment in Bad Feilnbach, which is divided by a fixed partition into 2 fully-fledged one-room apartments - one would be yours.
Each apartment has a hallway, a kitchen (refreshed), a bathroom with bathtub, a living room and a balcony to the south side with mountain views. So we don't share anything except GEZ fees, Wlan and Strom.
In the basement there is also a washing machine, a dryer and a drying room, which can be shared.
The apartment is located in the center of Bad Feilnbach.
Supermarkets, bakers, doctors, bus, post office and the town hall are within walking distance.
The apartment includes a 1.60m wide solid wood bed with slatted rust (without mattress), balcony furniture and a separate refrigerator in the hallway. In addition, various (1 year old) pieces of furniture can be taken over by the pre-rente (see below). It would be nice if the large wardrobe were taken over (pictures in the gallery).
Since the apartment is officially rented as an apartment and I am the main renter, living here is based on trust, which is why a good coexistence would be important to me. The deadline is 1.05.

mein Name ist Sophia, ich bin 29 Jahre alt und suche zum
01.05. eine/n Nachbar/in (vorzugsweise im Alter zwischen 22-40) für eine Wohnung in Bad Feilnbach, die durch eine fest eingebaute Trennwand in 2 vollwertige Einzimmerwohnungen unterteilt ist - die eine wäre deine.
Jede Wohnung verfügt über einen Flur, eine Küche (kürzlich erneuert), ein Bad mit Badewanne, einen Wohnraum sowie einen Balkon zur Südseite mit Bergblick. Wir teilen uns also nichts außer GEZ-Gebühren, Wlan und Strom. :)
Im Keller befindet sich zudem eine Waschmaschine, ein Trockner sowie ein Trockenraum, was gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden kann.
Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum von Bad Feilnbach.
Supermärkte, Bäcker, Ärzte, Bus, Post sowie das Rathaus sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Wohnung gehört ein 1,60m breites Vollholzbett mit Lattenrost (ohne Matratze), Balkonmöbel und ein separater Kühlschrank im Flur. Zudem können diverse (1 Jahr alte) Möbelstücke gegen eine Ablöse von der Vormieterin übernommen werden (siehe unten). Es wäre schön, wenn der große Kleiderschrank übernommen werden würde (Bilder in der Galerie).
Da die Wohnung offiziell als eine Wohnung vermietet wird und ich Hauptmieterin bin, beruht das Wohnen hier auf Vertrauensbasis, weshalb mir ein gutes Miteinander wichtig wäre. Der Einzugstermin ist der 1.05..
