Hallo :) Ich biete meine schöne Wohnung im Dezember zur Untermiete an. Es handelt sich um eine Einzimmerwohnung mit Küchenzeile und einem Bad. Die Wohnung ist möbliert mit einem Bett, einem Regal, einem Kleiderschrank, einem Schreibtisch und einem Stuhl. Das Sofa, welches auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, ist nicht mehr im Zimmer. Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschmaschine und Internet gibt es selbstverständlich auch. Meine Sachen habe ich alle ausgeräumt, d.h. ihr habt genug Platz für eure Klamotten, Bücher, etc.

Angeguckt werden kann die Wohnung am Montagabend. Den Schlüssel kann ich nur am 04.12 übergeben, da ich danach nicht mehr in Bamberg bin.

Die Wohnung ist nur 5 Minuten von der Bushaltestelle Kloster-Banz Straße entfernt. Von dort aus ist man in 2 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof und in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Auch zu Fuß ist man in 15 Minuten am Bahnhof. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch nur zwei Straßen entfernt. Wenn ihr Kurse an der Feki habt, dann ist die Wohnung besonders praktisch, da ihr dorthin nur knapp 5 Minuten zu Fuß braucht.
