25 square metres studio with great views

I am renting a 25 square metres self-contained studio in the city centre in a leafy and cosmopolitan area, the studio is part of a 90 square metres flat but very independent, I´m Maria, I´m a senior English teacher and I live in the flat too. I live on the other side of the flat and we don´t have to share anything except for the washing machine which is placed in my kitchen.
It´s an old renovated building and the flat is on the fourth floor., there is no lift but it´s ideal for young people who want to keep fit, it also is a rather quiet building in spite of being in the city centre
There are all sorts of services available in the area, it´s a 20 minutes walk to the beach, close to cinemas, theatres, libraries, markets, supermarkets and bar terraces to have a drink or to eat a great variety of international food
The studio has a double bed, a wardrobe, a kitchenette,a table, a big leather sofa, a tv and a very fast internet connexion
I´m looking for a student or a professional who enjoys his/her privacy, likes keeping the place clean and appreciates a good and friendly relationship
