Hey zusammen,

Da ich vom *07.03.bis 13.04.2025* nicht in Bayreuth bin, vermiete ich meine Wohnung für diese kurze Zeit unter.
Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um eine sehr schöne und moderne 1,5- Raum Dachgeschosswohnung mit Balkon.
Ich würde an Möbeln soweit alles drinnenlassen. Im Keller befinden sich Waschmaschinen und Trockner, sowie zwei Abstellräume für Fahrräder. Außerdem ist ein Fahrstuhl vorhanden.
Falls Interesse besteht kann mein Tiefgaragenstellplatz für 50€/ Monat ebenfalls gemietet werden, das einfach zusätzlich abmerken.

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt neben der Uni. Zufuß sind es 5 min bis zur Mensa und dem Frischraum & zum Rondell ca. 7 min. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich 3 min fußläufig entfernt. Dort kann man mit dem Bus zur Uni fahren oder in die andere Richtung zum ZOH - da ist man in 14 min in der Stadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind einige herum verteilt, zum Rewe läuft man beispielsweise 10 min.

Mir wäre ein Untermieter wichtig, welcher ordentlich ist und mit meinen Sachen fürsorglich umgeht.
