This is a charming and peaceful, centrally located, independent studio apartment. Ideal for someone who needs a minimalist space for resting, and working for a weekend or regular short visits. The place is furnished with a bed (with inbuilt storage space), a working desk, wifi, an equipped kitchen and a shower+wc. The washing machine is shared by everyone in the building (1 € per wash).

The landlord lives in the same building, and we have friendly neighbours who respect privacy. I usually live in Norway, and Bayreuth is my second home.

The neighbourhood is very peaceful. The apartment is 1 minute away from Wahnfriedhaus and Hofgarten. The bus stop is 3 minutes by foot and supermarkets and cafes are 5-6 minutes by foot.

There is not deposit, but we will make sub-rental contract. The price of 20€ per day is for one person, it would be slightly higher for a second person. There is no extra cleaning service - each subtenant leaves the place as they found it, or slightly cleaner for the next visitor.

The place is furnished, and you can use the furniture, household equipment, and the things in the kitchen. Some of my personal items are there too. Please leave the house as you found it, and do not leave any of your things behind!
