Ich bin Felix und ich vermiete meine Wohnung für ca. einen Monat unter. Die Wohnung ist frei ab dem 27.02.25.

Die Nebenkosten bestehen aus Gas, Strom und Internet. Handtücher und Bettwäsche kannst du gerne benutzen.
Es gibt noch 6 Pflanzen, die du bitte regelmäßig gießen müsstest.

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen, hellen Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer, einer Küche mit Herd, Kühl-/Gefrierkombi, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, vielen Koch- und Backutensilien und super vielen Gewürzen und sowie einem schönen Duschbad. Der schöne Garten im Innenhof unten kann mitbenutzt werden. Die Wohnung ist zwar an der Baumschulenstraße, aber man hört davon quasi nix, da die Fenster super isolieren. Die Nachbarschaft ist super sympathisch. Internet, Strom, Gas, etc. ist alles inklusive.

Supermarkt, Bus, S-Bahn, Asialaden, DM und alles des täglichen Bedarf ist wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Mit der S-Bahn kommst du schnell nach überall in Berlin. Es gibt auch einen wunderschönen Wald, der nur knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist, falls du gerne in der Natur entspannst.

I am Felix and I am subletting my apartment for approximately five months. The apartment is available from February 2nd, 2025.

The utilities include gas, electricity, and internet. You are welcome to use towels and bed linen. There are also 6 plants that you would need to water regularly.

The flat consists of a large, bright sleep & living room, a kitchen with stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, lots of cooking and baking tools and lots of spices as well as a nice bathroom. The community garden in the inner yard can be used as well. The flat is located at Baumschulenstraße, but even though it's a rather large street you cannot hear it since it is isolated really well. The neighbours are super nice! Internet, power, gas etc. is all included.

Super market, bus station, s-bahn, asia market, dm and all your daily needs are just a few minutes by foot away. You can easily get anywhere in Berlin from the S-Bahn station Baumschulenweg. There is also a beautiful forest less than 10 minutes by foot away if you like to relax in nature.
