Ich untervermiete befristet das Schlafzimmer in meiner voll möblierten 2-Zimmer Wohnung. Da ich aber aus beruflichen und privaten Gründen die allermeiste Zeit nicht in Berlin bin, nutzt du die Wohnung quasi alleine.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Wedding, ca 3 Minuten entfernt von U Leopoldplatz.

Voll ausgestattete Küche inklusive Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion.
Bad mit Wannenbad, Handtücher vorhanden.
Schlafzimmer mit Kleiderschrank, 200x160 Bett, Bettwäsche vorhanden.
Balkon am Schlafzimmer.
Im Wohnzimmer, das du in meiner Abwesenheit gerne auch benutzen kannst ist eine gemütliche Couch, ein Beamer und ein großer Schreibtisch mit Bildschirm.
Telekom DSL und WLAN ist vorhanden.
Vierter Stock Vorderhaus, kein Aufzug.

Die Vermietung ist mit Untermietvertrag und befristet bis vorerst 31.5.2025, möglicherweise mit Option bis maximal 31.12.2025 zu verlängern.

I am sub-letting the bedroom in my fully furnished 2-room apartment for a limited period. However, as I am not in Berlin most of the time for work and private reasons, you will be using the apartment almost all by yourself.

The apartment is centrally located in Wedding, about 3 minutes away from U Leopoldplatz.

Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine with dryer function.
Bathroom with bathtub, towels available.
Bedroom with closet, 200x160 bed, bed linen available.
Balcony by the bedroom.
In the living room, which you can also use in my absence, is a cozy couch, a video projector and a large desk with screen.

The rental is with sublease contract and limited until 31.5.2025, possibly with an option to extend until December 31, 2025.
