Hi everyone,
I am renting my beloved apartment from 15th December 2024 until 18th Januar 2025 as I’ll be traveling. It is cozy with high ceilings and calm as it is located in the backyard. It's a lovely and peaceful neighborhood, shopping facilities are close by as well as coffee shops and restaurants. Public transport is in walking distance (Bornholmer Str. – 8min, Schönhauser Allee – 10min, Gesundbrunnen – 15min).
The total price for the mentioned time is 790€ (all cost included, wifi, washing machine and other facilities are available). I’d like you to treat the flat and furniture responsibly as well as not smoke or party inside the apartment. I’ll request a deposit of 200€ which will be handed back after your stay. I’ll strongly prefer anyone who agrees on staying (or paying) for the whole 5 weeks period.
