Hello everyone, I’m subletting my apartment at Michael-Bohnen-Ring, 12057 for two months (13.01 - 13.03.2025). The flat is fully equipped with everything you need. There’s a balcony, bathtub, heating, WiFi, small but fully equipped kitchen, washing machine. And you also use the tv with the chromecast.

Would be nice if you can tell me a bit about yourself and if you like plants. Unfortunately no anneldung is possible. Have a nice day!

The flat is very quiet (you cannot hear the street) and you can hear the nature. Facing a river and a park where the Berlin wall used to be. I would really recommend getting a bike and exploring the beautiful nature around!

By train - Both Köllnische Heide and Baumchulenweg stations are less than 10 minutes by foot.
By bus - There is a path facing the building entrance that in 3 minutes by foot take you to the bus stop Michael-Bohnen-Ring, where you can take the M41 bus.
