Da ich in eine andere Wohnung gezogen bin, die Kündigungsfrist aber noch läuft, wird sie hier für den regulären Mietpreis untervermietet. Würde mich über eine ruhige und aufmerksame Person freuen, die Lust hat mit Blick über die Stadt und einem schönen Ausblick auf den Himmel die dunkle Zeit in Berlin zu verbringen.
Die Wohnung liegt im hellen 8-ten Stock in der Nähe des Tempelhofer Felds und der Hasenheide (beide fußläufig ca. 5 Minuten entfernt). Viele schöne Orte in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Das Haus ist ein Neubau. Wohnung ist sehr sehr ruhig und trotzdem nah am Trubel des Schillekiezes, man kann sehr gut schlafen für die Lage. Das Haus ist etwas rau. Die Wohnung ist auch sehr hell, was vor allem im Winter toll ist und man kann insgesamt super Zeit darin verbringen und entspannen.

Since I have moved to another apartment, but the apartment has not yet been terminated, it is being sublet here for the regular rent. I would be happy about a quiet and attentive person who would like to spend the dark time in Berlin with a view over the city and a beautiful view of the sky.
The apartment is located on the bright 8th floor near Tempelhofer Feld and Hasenheide (both about 5 minutes walk away). Many beautiful places in the immediate vicinity. The house is a new building. Apartment is very very quiet and yet close to the hustle and bustle of the Schillekiez, you can sleep very well for the location. The house is a bit rough. The apartment is also very bright, which is great especially in winter and overall you can spend great time in it and relax.
Nahe Boddinstraße in 12049 Berlin Neukölln. Direkt zwischen Schillerkiez, Hasenheide, Tempelhofer Feld.
Viele schöne Cafés, Restaurants, Bars und Clubs sowie Erholungsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke.
