I’m renting out my apartment on the the first floor in the quiet back building on Graeferstrasse in Kreuzberg 10967.
There’s lots of space to relax, do yoga, read a book, meditate, and a big kitchen for cooking. With not much furniture, enjoy the minimalism away from the fun but at times chaotic vibe of the city. A place to unwind.
The apartment has all the utilities you could need, washing machine, good pressure shower head, soft sheets, good heating for the winter, super cosy, and remains super cool in the summer.
This rental is for 5 months roughly, can confirm exact dates really soon. But roughly 15th of October until sometime in March 2024. The price is 1200 euro a month, and includes everything. There is also a 1000 euro deposit to be paid back after your stay. I will only be a phone call away and have many friends here in Berlin, so you can rest easy, knowing any complication can be easily solved.
