Die Besichtigung wird dieses Wochenende (entweder 12. oder 13. April) stattfinden. Bitte schreib mir doch, wann du Zeit hast.
Die Wohnung ist vollmöbliert und befindet sich im 5. Stock, weswegen es schön hell ist. Es gibt ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit Bett (1,20 breit) und Schrank, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schreibtisch und Sofa (kann man umklappen und drauf schlafen), eine separate Küche mit allem, was man braucht (außer einer Mikrowelle) und ein Bad mit Badewanne.
Rauchen und Tiere sind in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt. Anmeldung ist NICHT möglich!

The viewing of the flat will take place this weekend (12th or 13th of April). Please write me when you would be available.
The flat is fully furnished and located in the fifth floor. That is why it is very bright and you can see a lot pf sunrises if you get up early enough ;)
There is a small sleeping room with bed (1,20 x2 m) and wardrobe, a living room with desk, sofa (with sleeping function) and shelves. The separate kitchen has everything you need (except for a microwave).
No smoking, no pets!

Die nächsten U-Bahnstationen sind Richard-Wagner-Platz (U7) und Deutsche Oper (U2) und beide so 6 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der M45 fährt zum Zoo.
Die Technische Universität, sowie die UdK sind sehr nah. Außerdem ist man schnell in Moabit oder an der Kantstraße, wo es zahlreiche leckere Restaurants gibt.
The next train strations are Richard-Wagner-Platz (U7) and Deutsche Oper (U2). The M45 takes you very quickly to Zoologischer Garten.
The 101 takes you to Moabit and Kantstraße. Both the technical University and the UdK are very close.
Ich bin in dem Zeitraum aus beruflichen Gründen für zwei Monate in Italien und suche jemanden, der*die sich um meine Pflanzen kümmern kann. Keine Sorge, die sind pflegeleicht, aber müssen halt ab und zu gegossen werden...
Schreib mir doch, was du in dem Zeitraum in Berlin machst und ob du die Wohnung vorab besichtigen kannst :)
