Untermiete für 2 Monate (März, April) in ruhiger 1,5 Zimmer Wohnung nahe U Berliner Straße

Hey there!
I'll be traveling in March and April to visit my family in Brazil and I'm looking for a nice and organized person to take care of my lovely home while I'm away.

It's a 1.5 room flat with a 10 minute walk to U Berliner Straße (U7 & U9) and also to U Hohenzollerndamm (U3) – so pretty well connected. There are also lots of stores close by (Edeka, Lidl, Rossmann, Asian Store, Tchibo). The flat is located in the backyard so it's really calm and quiet. The sublet has been agreed upon with my landlord, so if you're interested, I would need a copy of your ID and your OK to share your information with them. There will be a deposit for my appliances and furniture, which you will, of course, get back at the end of your stay as long as everything is in good condition. Oh and during your stay I'd appreciate it a lot if you could take care of my plants (nothing complicated, just a little water every week) (:

Hey zusammen!
Ich werde im März und April verreisen, um meine Familie in Brasilien zu besuchen, und suche eine nette und organisierte Person, die sich in dieser Zeit um mein schönes Zuhause kümmert.

Es ist eine 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung, nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur U Berliner Straße (U7 & U9) und auch zur U Hohenzollerndamm (U3) – also super angebunden. Außerdem gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (Edeka, Lidl, Rossmann, Asia-Laden, Tchibo). Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhof, daher ist es hier sehr ruhig und angenehm.

Die Untermiete ist mit meinem Vermieter abgesprochen, daher bräuchte ich bei Interesse eine Kopie deines Ausweises sowie dein OK, deine Informationen weiterzugeben. Für meine Geräte und Möbel wird es eine Kaution geben, die du natürlich zu Ende des Aufenthalts zurückbekommst, wenn alles soweit intakt ist. Ach, und während deines Aufenthalts würde ich mich freuen, wenn du dich um meine Pflanzen kümmern könntest – nichts Kompliziertes, einfach einmal pro Woche ein bisschen gießen. (:
