I am able to host you in my treasured 1-room flat. While I am travelling and house-sitting elsewhere.

The flat consists of one 23m² room with desk, bed, couch and small table as seen in the picture, as well as a 8m² kitchen and 4m² bathroom with a shower.
the apartment is very bright because of its big windows, if you wake up easily with light you might need to bring a sleep mask :)

The apartment has a fully equipped Kitchen but no laundry machine at the moment. There is a self-service washing salon in 7 min walking distance.
I carefully selected every piece of furniture and everything has a significant emotional as well as material value. Cleanliness and tidiness are very important to me, as well as the respectful handling of all of my personal items.
The building has been a Community of owners that live in the building since the 1980s, so politeness and respect to inhabitants of the others is very important.

Because of this community aspect, I need to ask you to write a bit about yourself and your personal reasons for being in Berlin and why are you looking for place to stay at this moment.

The apartment is situated in the cute "kietz" next to Klausener Platz which offers all the options for grocery and other needs you could have. Every Tuesday and Friday there is also a week market on the Klausener Platz.
Of course, there is also a variety of cafes and bars around as well as the historical Schlosspark and as well as Lietzensee Park.
The whole neighborhood is a protected zone of historical landmark buildings with lots of trees and very calm and clean streets.
