I am renting out my cozy 32 m² studio apartment in Charlottenburg from the 2nd of December till the 31st of December.

The apartment includes:

Separate kitchen with a stove, kettle, toaster, small portable laundry machine, cutleries for cooking and eating.
Bathroom with mirror and shower,
Bedroom: Single bed, couch, coffee table, wardrobe, bedside table.

Location:
The apartment is well-located with just a 5-minute walk to Rewe and only a 15-minute ride to Zoologischer Garten, making it convenient for accessing major areas around Berlin.

The rent in total is 670 euros all included and a deposit of 400 euros is required. Deposit will be given back to you at the end of the month.

Inspections can be done in the afternoon and will provide you with the key once payment is made.
