as with many people at the moment my plans had changed and I will not be able to move into my lovely little flat in Charlottenburg for probably the next year. Its located in a quite neighbourhood right next to the Spree in central Berlin from where you can bike everywhere in Berlin. The flat comes with your own garage in the backyard.

You got plenty of extra storage room in the basement. Also you can park your bike it in the closed backyard.
The flat is situated in central berlin, right next to the spree and only 2 km away from the station "Berlin Zoologischer Garten) in a quiet neighbourhood - this is as central as it gets in Berlin if you are looking for a non-party neighbourhood.

I will definitly rent the flat out for one year before I hope to eventually be able to move in myself again. I'm planning to rent it out pretty much as you can see it on the pictures. Nothing you'd have to bring yourself if you moved in.
