Die Wohnung hat 5 Zimmer, eine große Küche und praktischerweise 2 Badezimmer. Die Wohnung ist ein frisch renovierter Altbau und mein Zimmer ist groß, hell und ziemlich schön, finde ich. :) Leider haben wir keinen Balkon, dafür aber einen kleinen Garten.
Da ich nur für 5 Wochen einen Untermieter suche, ist das Zimmer komplett möbliert.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden: 5 Minuten Fußweg zur U8 und U9 sowie zum Bus und zur Tram und 2 U-Bahn Staionen bis Gesundbrunnnen, wo unter anderem die
Ringbahn fährt.
Um die Ecke gibt es ein paar schöne Cafés und nette Bars, zum nächsten Sußermarkt läuft man 10 Minuten und- zur Zeit besonders interssant: Zum Plötzensee fährt man nur 15 Minuten (mit Fahrrad oder Tram).
Die Miete für einen Monat beträgt 350 Euro; wenn du für 5 Wochen bleiben willst würde es ca 450 Euro kosten!
