I am subletting my room since I currently doing an internship outside of Berlin.
The room is fully furnished and clean 1-room apartment in Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, close to Boxhagener Platz.

Apartment Details:
Location: Finowstr., 10247 Berlin (Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg)

Availability: April 1st – May 31st

Size: 1 room

Furnishing: Fully furnished (bed, laptop monitor, desk, chair, couch, kitchen essentials, etc.)

Rent & Deposit: One-time payment of €1600 for the entire period (April–May), which will be taken as a deposit. No additional rent.

WiFi: Will be set up accordingly.

Other: No parties, no smoking, and no pets allowed.

Viewings:
I will be in Berlin from April 3rd to 8th, so you can view the apartment during that time!<3

Ideal Tenant:
I am looking for a responsible and tidy person who will take good care of the space while I am away. The apartment is perfect for someone looking for a temporary stay in Berlin.
