I'm looking for a renter:In for my sweet apartment in the heart of Berlin from 01.09.2025 to 07.10.2025.

For the whole time, the price is at 1010€ hot incl. additional costs (power, water, wlan...).

My apartment consists of a hallway/kitchen, living/sleeping area and a bathroom. In this way, the sun shines at noon/afternoon totally nice in the apartment and in the morning the apartment is nicely cool (even in summer).
In front of the house there is a small park, which is why you can hear the birds in open window and see some rabbits at the bottom of the grass in the evening. So also super quiet that it is right in the middle of Berlin. I also recommend picnics.

My apartment is equipped with everything you could need (washing machine, refrigerator, airfryer, oven, TV, vacuum cleaner, printer, ...). The building itself was built only in 2013, so is mega modern and super in shot, even the neighbors are super sweet. So if there's a package coming and you're not there, someone will always take it.

The apartment is super central close to Checkpoint Charlie and has a mega connection in all directions.
Bus stops are only 3 minutes away and the subway is 5 minutes away, but also by bike you are super connected.

Shops are right around the corner: Rewe, Lidl, Rossmann, Bakery, Sweet Cafés, Second Hand Stores ...
In general, there are super cafes and also many clubs or bars.
If there's something not around the corner, you'll get the Öffis super easy anywhere.

Ich suche eine Untermieter:In für meine süße Wohnung im Herzen Berlins vom 01.09.2025 bis zum 07.10.2025.

Für die gesamte Zeit liegt der Preis bei 1010€ warm inkl. Nebenkosten (Strom, Wasser, Wlan...).

Meine Wohnung besteht aus einem Flur/Küche, Wohn-/Schlafbereich und einem Bad.Zusätzlich hat sie einen recht großen Westbalkon, der komplett die Wohnung entlang geht. Dadurch scheint die Sonne Mittags/Nachmittags total schön in die Wohnung und morgens ist die Wohnung schön kühl (gerade im Sommer😉).
Vor dem Haus gibt es einen kleinen Park, weshalb man bei offenem Fenster die Vögel hört und abends teils Kaninchen unten im Gras sehen kann. Also auch super still dafür dass es direkt mittig in Berlin ist. Auch Picknicken kann ich nur sehr empfehlen.

Meine Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit allem was du brauchen könntest (Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, AirFryer, Backofen, Fernseher, Staubsauger, Drucker, ...). Das Gebäude selbst wurde erst 2013 gebaut, ist also mega modern und super in Schuss, auch die Nachbarn sind super lieb. Falls also mal ein Paket kommt und du nicht da bist, nimmt es auch immer jemand an.

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral nahe Checkpoint Charlie und hat eine mega Anbindung in alle Richtungen.
Bushaltestellen sind nur 3 min und die U-Bahn 5 min entfernt, aber auch mit dem Fahrrad ist man hier super angebunden.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten git es hier direkt um die Ecke: Rewe, Lidl, Rossmann, Bäckerei, süße Cafés, Second Hand Stores ...
Generell gibt es in der Ungebung super Cafés und auch viele Clubs oder Bars.
Sollte es mal was nicht hier um die Ecke geben, kommt man mit dem Öffis super easy überall hin.
