ACHTUNG: Ich möchte einige Möbel und die Küche in der Wohnung lassen mit einem Abschlag von 3500€, nur melden, wenn das in Frage kommt. Die Wohnung ist hell und in einem ruhigen Hinterhof gelegen. Die Küche ist hochwertig (mit Spülmaschine).
Folgende Möbel würde ich gerne da lassen:

Die Küche und das Wohn- Schlafzimmer sind separat.
Das Bad hat kein Fenster, aber ist ausgestattet mit einer Badewanne.
Ich habe die Möglichkeit jemanden als Nachmieter:in bei meiner Hausverwaltung vorzuschlagen mit allen relevanten Unterlagen (Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinihung, Gehaltsnachweise, Schufa (request now) -Auskunft).
Besichtigungen ab sofort möglich.

Die Wohnung ist in Friedrichshain (Samariter Kiez), in einem ruhigen Hinterhaus, 4.OG mit super Anbindung an das ÖPV Netz (3 Minuten Fußweg zur S Frankfurter Allee und U Frankfurter Allee).
Der Samariter Kiez ist sehr grün und ruhig gelegen. Es finden sich viele Cafés und Restaurants. Mein Lieblingscafé ist das allabout in der Rigaerstr.
Man ist super schnell am Simon-Dach-Kiez und Boxhagener Platz. Außerdem gibt es sehr viele Sportmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (v.a. für Urban Sport Mitgliedschaft sehr praktisch)
Ich biete meine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an, weil ich in der Zeit auf Reisen bin. Eventuell besteht die Option auf Verlängerung.
Ein Anmeldung und Name am Briefkasten ist nicht möglich.
