Dear Humans,

I rent out my apartment due to me being absent from the city.

I'd like to give the flat to someone who is looking for a flat in Berlin and maybe wants use the time to look for their future flat in the city or just to arrive in Berlin or who needs some buffer days until they can move in to another flat.
I know the struggle. There is hope!

The flat has the utmost connectivity to the rest of Berlin. You can reach Warschauer Str S+U, that is S3, S5, S7 & S9, U1 & U3 and M10 + M13 within 5 minutes of walking. It is just next to the RAW-Area in Friedrichshain.

It is quite cozy and shielded from traffic noise. The only downside is that there is not much sunlight but I have a powerful daylight lamp to counter the winter depression ;)

I will ask you to

- Be careful with my electronic equipment.
- Take care of the plants.
- Pls clean thoroughly once before you leave.

You’ll be requested to hand over a valuable item of yours or some money as a deposit, that you receive back when you give me the keys back and I found the flat in the condition that I left it. If you break something etc. I’ll ask you to fix the damage before returning the deposit obviously. We'll keep it chill. Let's make a bunch of photos of how the flat was when I leave and then when coming back we'll check if everything is alright and then u r good to go :)
