I'm looking for someone to take over my contract at Neon Wood Frankfurter Tor (Double Deluxe Apartment in Building A, 3rd Floor, window to the courtyard) from 1. november for 10 months (can be extended indefinitely). The apartment is furnished with a double bed, couch, desk, dining table, chairs, and closet. There's also a kitchenette with stovetops and a microwave.
There's a laundromat in the basement with washing machines and dryers, and a reception on the ground floor to assist you with anything related to living at Neon Wood.

Located on Warschauer Straße only 3 minutes walking distance from Frankfurter Tor U-bahn and tram.
