Die Wohnung ist mitten in Friedrichshain. Alles was du brauchst, inklusive Biosupermarkt, befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür. Bus und Tram halten vor der Tür, bis zum Ostkreuz sind es 600m.
Kürzere Mietdauer möglich. Schreibt mich an.
Nur an NICHTRAUCHER zu vermieten!
Achtung: Derzeit gibt es leider noch eine Baustelle und es steht ein Gerüst vor dem Haus. Daher ist die Miete etwas günstiger.

The apartment is in the middle of Friedrichshain. Everything you need, is right at the door step. Organic Store, cash machines, Swedish goodies shop, post office, tram stop & bus stop. Ostkreuz is only 600m away.
Shorter periods are possible. Just write me.
Atrention: Currently there‘s an ongoing construcrion with scaffolding in front of the building - hence the cheaper price.
