*Although this is listed as a shared apartment, you’ll have the entire space to yourself, as the smaller room will be locked for our storage. We’ve relocated to Hamburg for work and may occasionally return to Berlin (around 1-2 times per month) if needed.

We’re offering a bright, spacious 1-bedroom in our apartment for interim rent from December 1, 2024, to April 30, 2025 (5months/extendable). The apartment faces the quiet courtyard, keeping it peaceful inside.

Apartment:
Our apartment has two rooms, and you’ll have the larger 17m² room, furnished with two wardrobes, a desk, chair, and chest for extra storage. All essential amenities are included, such as WiFi, a fitted kitchen, fridge, microwave, oven, and more

Rent:
Rent includes all utilities – no additional costs! Please note, however, that registration is not available, and we won’t be able to change the name on the doorbell
