I rent my beautiful, quiet apartment on the third floor of a typical Berlin old building for an intermediate time over Easter – from the 16th. April to 4 May.

The apartment is located in the heart of Friedrichshain – just minutes from Boxhagener Platz, Ostkreuz and Simon-Dach-Kiez. Everything the heart needs is right in front of the door: cafes, small shops, weekly market, and yet it is surprisingly quiet in the apartment – a real retreat in the midst of the colorful drive.

The apartment is about 45m2 large, consists of a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. There is Wi-Fi, a washing machine and everything you need for a cozy time - furnished, of course. I am looking for a person who walks mindfully with the room is tidy and does not plan parties (at least not at home haha).

Ich vermiete meine schöne, ruhige Wohnung in der dritten Etage eines typischen Berliner Altbaus für eine Zwischenzeit über Ostern – vom 16. April bis zum 4. Mai.

Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Herzen von Friedrichshain – nur wenige Minuten vom Boxhagener Platz, Ostkreuz und Simon-Dach-Kiez entfernt. Alles, was das Herz braucht, ist direkt vor der Tür: Cafés, kleine Läden, Wochenmarkt, und trotzdem ist es überraschend ruhig in der Wohnung – ein echter Rückzugsort inmitten des bunten Treibens.

Die Wohnung ist ca. 45m² groß, besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche. Es gibt WLAN, eine Waschmaschine und alles, was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht - möbliert ist sie natürlich auch. Ich suche eine Person, die achtsam mit dem Raum umgeht, ordentlich ist und keine Partys plant (zumindest nicht zu Hause haha).
