Zwischenmiete / Sublet *** 21.07. bis 10.08.***

Liebe Wohnungsuchende,

ich habe für drei Wochen meine gemütliche Wohnung mitten an der belebten und beliebten Warschauer Straße abzugeben! Sie liegt im Hinterhaus und ist daher ruhig, wenn ihr euch nach Trubel sehnt findet ihr den aber direkt vor der Tür.
Die Wohnung ist von mir mit Liebe eingerichtet. Es gibt viele Pflanzen, die mir sehr wichtig sind und mit Wasser versorgt werden wollen, dafür aber eine schöne Atmosphäre erzeugen, um früh mit einem Kaffee auf dem Fensterbrett in der Sonne zu sitzen (so sie denn scheint..).

Ich suche jemanden, der/die sich in der Wohnung für drei Wochen wohl fühlen möchte und sorgsam mit allem umgeht.
Besichtigungen sind nach Absprache möglich.

I´m subletting my cosy little flat for three weeks! It´s located on Warschauer Str- so you find the action right in front of the door (sometimes literally..). The flat itself is in the Hinterhaus and facing away from the street, meaning that you can enjoy your coffee in quite and peace on the sunny windowsill. It´s fully equipped and a place to calm down. There are quite a lot of plants, that I care a lot about and that need to be taken care of.

I´m looking for someone, to treat the flat with respect and stays the whole three weeks.
