Da ich ab April 2020 für 4 Monate im Ausland bin möchte ich bis 31.7.202 Wohnzimmer , Küche und Bad untervermieten. Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Friedrichshain in der Stralauer Allee, Spree und Halbinsel Stralauer sind in direkter Nähe, Treptower Park ggü. ,Clubs und Bars und alles was man sonst so braucht umliegend.
Mein Schlafzimmer bleibt verschlossen, damit ich hier persönliche Sachen unterbringen kann.
Wichtig wäre es auch meine Post zu checken.
Näheres würde ich gern in einem persönlichen Gespräch klären.

Hello everybody,
Since I will be abroad for 4 months from April 2020, I would like to sublet my living room, kitchen and bathroom until 31.7.202. The apartment is located in the beautiful Friedrichshain in Stralauer Allee, the Spree and the Stralauer Island are in the immediate area, Treptower Park opposite. , Clubs and bars and everything else you need in the surrounding area.
My bedroom remains locked so that I can store personal belongings here.
It would also be important to check my mail.
I would like to clarify more in a personal conversation.
