Hallo,
ich vermiete meine 1 Raumwohnung vom 19.7.-27.07. Die Wohnung ist 40 qm groß und dein Schlafzimmer ist 20 qm groß.
Die Wohnung befindet sich nur 10 min von S+ U Bahn Gesundbrunnen und dem Flughafen express entfernt.
In der Umgebung gibt es innerhalb von 5 min einen Lidl, REWE, eurogida, dm, Apotheken, Cafés usw.
Die Deko und manche möbelstücke habe ich erst im Juli 2023 nach dem Auszug meiner Mitbewohnerin gekauft und generell ist die Wohnung in sehr gutem Zustand.
Entsprechend suche ich nach einem/einer zuverlässigen, ruhigen und ordentlichen Untermieter/in für die Zeit.
Besichtigungstermine gern persönlich aber auch per videocall möglich.

Hi all,
I’m subletting my one room apartment from 19th July until 27th July.
The apartment has 40 sqm and your bedroom will be 20 sqm.
The apartment is located only 10 min walking distance from S+U Bahn gesundbrunnen where the AirPort Express train also operates. Grocery stores like Lidl, REWE, pharmacies, dm and cafes are only 5 min walking distance away.
As you can see in the photos the room (and apartment) is fully furnished and in very good condition. Most of of the pieces and decoration were only bought in July 2023. Therefore I’m looking for a tidy, reliable and friendly subtenant.Is appreciate a viewing in person or a video call upfront.
