Ich biete meine renovierte Einzimmerwohnung mit separater Küche für zwei Monate zur Miete an. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, wobei einige Möbelstücke von den Fotos abweichen werden. Dennoch stelle ich alles Notwendige für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt bereit:

Zusätzlich gibt es einen kleinen, gut gelegenen Balkon, der auf einen Innenhof und nicht zur Straße hin ausgerichtet ist – also ruhig und privat.

🔊 Wichtige Info:
Die Wände sind relativ dünn, und über mir wohnt eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern. Wenn du sehr geräuschempfindlich bist, ist dies vielleicht nicht die richtige Wohnung für dich. Falls dich gelegentliches Herumlaufen nicht stört, freue ich mich, von dir zu hören!

📢 Apartment for Rent – 2 Months Only! 🏡

I’m happy to offer my renovated one-room apartment with a separate kitchen for rent for two months. The apartment is fully furnished, and while some furniture will be slightly different from the photos, I will provide everything you need for a comfortable stay, including:

The apartment also has a small, well-exposed balcony overlooking an internal garden—not the street—so it’s peaceful and private.

🔊 Important to know:
The apartment has thin walls, and there’s a family with small children living upstairs. If you are easily disturbed by noise, this might not be the best fit. But if you're fine with some occasional running around, I’d love to talk with you!
