looking for a new addition to the L77 fam. What you can expect I hear you say? A very vibrant apartment close to the Jewish museum/ Checkpoint Charlie - with our in house disc jockeys DJ Simcard & DJ Digestiva we make a lil wg-party every now and then or we do a cocktail night. Sometimes we even go ballin’ or for walkies. We’re also blessed with a projector, so watching movies and playing Mario Cart is a staple lockdown activity.
Besides the best possible company, you’ll have a modest room with a piano from our previous tenant. The apartment has two bathrooms an open common area and a small balcony. The rent is 550 euro, with the current rent cap it is 300 (warm). The contract starts from the 1st of April until the end of June with possibility to unlimited extend.
Your profile? Minimum 21 years old and no students bitte xx. Ideally you’re up for joining us on our adventures every once in a while and you’re not afraid to take out trash. :p
