I am renting my flat in Kreuzkölln. It is fully equipped, has a large room, with a cozy bed and a sofa, a sweet kitchen, with a little balcony and a small bathroom. Its perfect, to feel at home, for cooking and relaxing. Also my neighbors are really cute :)
The flat is in kreuzkölln, so a lot of shops, bars and cafes are in the area. There is also the U Schönleinstrasse just 5 minutes walk away. There are a lot of places for grocery shopping, also every Tuesday and Friday, there is the Maybachufer Markt, just around the corner.
Eventhough the flat is in such a central area, the street in quite and cozy. I always felt confortable and safe. Because it's my home, I hope, that you also feel at home and treat it like that. I can send you more pictures and further details, if you wish :)
