I'm subletting my lovely studio apartment for the whole month of February. Though consisting of one room, it's spacey, fully furnished, bright and sparks creative energy. The rent covers everything, including power, water, gas and wifi. The apartment has a spacious built in bunk bed with a big walk in closet underneath, a work area (ideal for working from home) and a chill sofa-area. Small-ish but fully equipped kitchen. It's a non-smoking apartment, pets are always welcome, though.

The apartment is in the side wing on the forth floor, making it very bright and cancellig out most of the noises from the street. Very close to Südstern and Bergmannkiez and only 5 mins to the next U-Bahn station. Grocery stores, bakery's, the canal, bars and restaurants are in walking distance.

Please text me on here, so we can find a good time to do inspections. Via video call or in person are both good. I’m mainly looking for someone who feels trustworthy and nice and who i can imagine living in my sweet little apartment for a month. Looking forward to getting to know you.
