Moin,
werde ab September 2015 bis Ende März 2016 unterwegs sein, daher biete ich meine Wohnung zum Zwischenmiete an.
Die Wohnung ist besonders hell und nett eingerichtet. Wohn/Schlafzimmer, anliegende Küche, Badezimmer (siehe Bilde). Perfekt für nen Single sowie ein Pärchen.
Alle mögliche Küchenzubehöre usw sind vorhanden.
Die Lage ist.. well, Wrangelkiez! Mit dem Vorteil auf der ruhigeren Seite der Wrangelstr. zu liegen.
Für die, die gerade nach Berlin gezogen sind: alle mögliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Verkehrsmitteln, Bars usw. max. 5 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Zeitraum: 20. September 2015 bis 31. März 2016.

Hi there,
I´ll be away from Berlin from 20th September 2015 to end of March 2016 and therefore sublet my apartment.
Flat is particularly bright and nicely done up. Living/Sleeping room, annexed kitchen, bathroom (see pics). Ideal for singles as well as couples.
Any imaginable kitchen tool etc. available.
The area is Wrangelkiez, for Berliners no need to say more. One advantage on top: flat is located on the quitter side of Wrangelstr.
For fresh Berliners: most shopping options, alongside public transportation, bars, etc. are max 5 mins walk away.
Period: from 20 September 2015 to 31 March 2016.
