Die Wohnung liegt in der Fidicinstrasse (Bergmannkiez) in Kreuzberg und besitzt neben dem Wohnzimmer, der Küche und dem Bad, ein weiteres Zimmer und eine Terrasse. Die Wohnung bietet genügen Platz für 1 oder 2 Personen (Paar).
Die Wohnung ist schön, sehr ruhig und sehr gut angebunden: 2 Minuten von Bergmannstrasse entfernt, wo man die Marheineke Markthalle, Supermärkte und guter Restaurants/Bars finden kann. Die U-Bahn-Stationen in der Nähe (5Min. zu Fuß) sind Platz der Luftbrücke (U6) und Gneisenaustraße (U7)
Parks: in einigen Minuten zu Fuß kann man den ehemaligen Flughafen von Tempelhof, Viktoriapark und Volkspark Hasenheide erreichen.
Bei der Anmietung wird eine Kaution fällig.

I offer my fully furnished and fitted out 1-room flat in the time from the 29.07.17 to the 22.08.17 to the interrent (450 euros). The house lies in Fidicinstrasse (Bergmannkiez) in Kreuzberg and possesses a room, a living room, a bath, a kitchen and a terrace. There is enough place for 1 or 2 persons (couple).
The Flat is nice, quite and very good connected: 2 minutes away from Bergmannstrasse where you can find the Marheineke market hall, supermarkets and good restaurants and bars.
The Subway stations are: Platz der Luftbrücke (U6) and Gneisenaustraße (U7) (5min walking).
Parks: in the near you can reach the old airport of Tempelhof, the Victoriapark and the Volkspark Hasenheide.
I wish a caution for the rent.
